WORKPLACE RELATIONS REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 7.4.1

                In this Part:

"appeal" includes an application for leave to appeal.

"employer" has the meaning given by subsection 6 (1) of the Act.

"transitional employer" has the meaning given by subclause 2 (1) of Schedule 6 to the Act.
