WORKPLACE RELATIONS REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 2.5.2

                For subsection 151B (2) of the Act, the Workplace Authority Director is to be paid the allowances payable to an SES employee (within the meaning given by section 34 of the Public Service Act 1999 ).
