Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If a party to a proceeding before the Commission is an employer who is a member of an association of employers, being an association that is not registered under the Act, the party may be represented by an officer or employee of that association.
(2) If a party to a proceeding before the Commission is an employee who is a member of the Australian International Flight Engineers' Association, being an association that is not registered under the Act, the party may be represented by an officer or employee of that Association.
