Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Application under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a review of a decision of the Commission under regulation 24.
(2) The application must be made within 3 months after the day on which the person seeking review was given a record of the decision under paragraph 25 (1) (b).
