TELECOMMUNICATIONS REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 1.7

                In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Telecommunications Act 1997 .

authorised person , for Part 6, means:

                (a)    the Chairman; or

               (b)    a member of the staff of the ACA authorised in writing by the Chairman for that Part.

"criminal law-enforcement agency" has the meaning given by subsection 282 (10) of the Act.
