Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A copy of a document contained in a Part IIIA register, certified to be a true copy by a person authorised by the Commission to certify copies of documents of that kind, is to be received in all courts and tribunals as evidence of the document.
(2) A document purporting to be a copy of a document contained in a Part IIIA register and to be certified to be a true copy in accordance with subregulation (1), is to be taken to be a true copy of the document and to be so certified, unless the contrary is established.
