TRADE PRACTICES REGULATIONS 1974 - REG 28Q

         (1)   Subject to subregulation (2), a provision of these Regulations that applies to a proceeding before the Tribunal applies to a review.

         (2)   Regulations 22 and 22A do not apply to a review.
