Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsThe office of the Registrar shall be open for business on every day, other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day that is observed as a holiday in the Australian Public Service by virtue of section 76 of the Public Service Act 1922‑1973 in the place where the office is situated, from 10 o'clock in the morning until 1 o'clock in the afternoon and from 2 o'clock to 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
