TRADE PRACTICES (INDUSTRY CODES -- FRANCHISING) REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 3

                For section 51AE of the Trade Practices Act 1974 , the code set out in the Schedule:

                (a)    is prescribed; and

               (b)    is a mandatory industry code.
