The Custodian, or his duly authorized agent, or any inspector whom
the Custodian may appoint for the purpose, may, at all reasonable times, enter
upon any lands sold under these Regulations for the purpose of ascertaining
whether the purchaser is complying with the provisions of these Regulations
and the conditions under which the lands were sold.
