TREATY OF PEACE REGULATIONS - REG 46A
Limitation of amount of purchase by any one purchaser
The Custodian shall not sell to any purchaser any property where:
- (a)
- The
property is, in the opinion of the Custodian, of the value of more than
£250,000; or
- (b)
- the property, together with all property in New Guinea
which the purchaser already owns, or is beneficially entitled to, or is in
process of purchasing, is, in the opinion of the Custodian, of the aggregate
value of more than £250,000.
