Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of subsection 96 (2) of the Act (which deals with notice of opposition), a notice of opposition to an application under section 92 of the Act must be filed with the Registrar within 3 months from the day on which the application is advertised in the Official Journal .
(2) The opponent must serve a copy of the notice of opposition on the applicant as soon as practicable after the notice is filed.
