TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 8.1A

                For subsection 84A (4) of the Act, a notice by the Registrar must be:

                (a)    in writing; and

               (b)    sent, as the case requires, to the address for service of each of the following:

                          (i)    the registered owner;

                         (ii)    the person recorded under Part 11 of the Act.
