TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 7.5

                For the purposes of subsection 77 (2) of the Act (which deals with renewal), a notice of the renewal of the registration of a trade mark must include:

                (a)    a statement that the registration is renewed; and

               (b)    the period for which it is renewed.
