TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 7.3
Period for request for renewal For the purposes of subsection 75(1) of the Act (which
deals with requests for renewal), the period within which a person may request
the Registrar to renew the registration of a trade mark is 12 months ending on
the day on which the registration of the trade mark expires.
