TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 6.4

                If the Registrar amends an application, notice or document under Part 6 of the Act, the Registrar must give notice in writing of the amendment to:

                (a)    the person who requested the amendment; and

               (b)    any other person that the Registrar thinks appropriate.
