TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 17A.57
Collective trade marks If the trade mark is a collective trade mark, the Registrar must
make a declaration in accordance with rule 27(4) of the Madrid
Regulations that the change of ownership has no effect in Australia.
