THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 5F

Applications for approval of advertisements

                An application for approval of an advertisement must be:

                (a)    made to the Secretary in writing, in a form approved by the Secretary; and

               (b)    signed by or on behalf of the applicant.
