THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 42ZCT

Definitions for Subdivision 5

                In this Subdivision:

"public submission means a " submission to the Committee by a person who is not a member of the Committee.

"scheduling meeting" means a Committee meeting for the scheduling of a substance.
