THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 42ZCA

                In this Division:

"Committee" means the National Drugs and Poisons Schedule Committee.

Note    The Committee is established by s 52B of the Act.

"jurisdictional member" has the meaning given by regulation 42ZCE.
