THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 4

         (1)   This Part applies to advertisements to which Part 5‑1 of the Act applies.

         (2)   For subsection 42AA (2) of the Act, the bodies mentioned in Schedule 1 are prescribed.
