Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of paragraph 26 (1) (g) of the Act, the therapeutic devices specified in Schedule 6 are prescribed.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph 26 (1) (k) of the Act, the criteria stated in Part 2 of Schedule 11 are prescribed for therapeutic goods of the kinds stated in Part 1 of that Schedule.
