TAXATION ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS 1976 - REG 11

                The scale of expenses set out in Schedule 2 is prescribed to be allowed to a person who is required to attend before the Commissioner or an officer authorised by the Commissioner for the purposes of:

                (a)    paragraph 14I (1) (a) of the Act; or

               (b)    paragraph 353‑10 (1) (b) of Schedule 1 to the Act.
