SUPERANNUATION (STATUTORY OFFICES) REGULATIONS - REG 2
Statutory offices
- (1)
- The Coal Industry Tribunal is an office that is a statutory office for the
purposes of the Superannuation Act 1976 .
- (2)
- The office of member of the Inter-State Commission is a statutory office
for the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1976 .
