SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 6.27B

    In this Division:

"consent" means:

  (a)   written consent; or

  (b)   any other form of consent determined by the Regulator as sufficient in the circumstances.
