SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 13.15
Restrictions on the standards The standards stated in regulations 13.12, 13.13 and
13.14 do not apply to an assignment or charge that is permitted, expressly or
by necessary implication, by the Act or these regulations.
