SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 1.02

                The following provisions of these Regulations commence on 1 July 1994:

                (a)    Division 2.2;

               (b)    Subdivision 2.8.2;

                (c)    Regulations 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12;

               (d)    Division 6.5;

                (e)    Parts 9 and 10;

                (f)    Regulation 11.08;

                (g)    Part 12.
