SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 4

Application of the Criminal Code

                On and after 12 October 2001, Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code applies to all offences against these Regulations.

Note    Chapter 2 of the Criminal Code sets out the general principles of criminal responsibility.
