SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 39

         (1)   A person commits an offence if:

                (a)    the person is subject to an order given under regulation 37; and

               (b)    the person engages in conduct; and

                (c)    the person's conduct contravenes the terms of the order.

Penalty:   10 penalty units.

         (2)   Strict liability applies to paragraph (1) (a).
