SUPERANNUATION CONTRIBUTIONS TAX (ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 3A

(1)

A contributed amounts paid/transferred out statement must include information (where applicable) on the matters set out in Schedule 4.

(2)

Those matters include:

(a)

matters required by paragraphs 13 (3) (a), (b) and (c) or subparagraphs 13 (4) (a) (ia), (i) and (ii) of the Act to be set out in the statement (which are marked with an asterisk* in the Schedule); and

(b)

matters that, under paragraph 13 (3) (d) or subparagraph 13 (4) (a) (iii) of the Act, are required by these Regulations to be so set out (which are unmarked).
