SPACE ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 2.03A

(1)

For paragraph 18 (h) of the Act, the criterion set out in subregulation (2) is prescribed.

(2) The flight path must be as effective and safe for its intended purpose as is reasonably practicable, having regard to:

(a)

that purpose; and

(b)

the design of the launch vehicle; and

(c)

the launch safety standards set out in the Flight Safety Code.
