SPACE ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 2.03

For paragraph 18 (g) of the Act, the criterion set out in subregulation (2) is prescribed.

(2)

The kind of launch vehicle must be as effective and safe for its intended purpose as is reasonably practicable having regard to its design and that purpose.
