SPACE ACTIVITIES REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 10.01A

(1)

Subject to subregulation (2), for paragraph (b) of the definition of accident in section 85 of the Act, a circumstance in which damage to the space object occurs in a manner consistent with the stated purpose of the activity for which the object is being used is prescribed.

(2)

Subregulation (1) does not apply to a circumstance in which a flight was terminated by the operation of a flight safety system.
