ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 4.3

Driver's duty

A person who drives a vehicle transporting dangerous goods by road in bulk must comply with Chapter 4 of the ADG Code.

Penalty:   $1,500
