ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 4.21
Driver's duties
A person must not drive a vehicle transporting dangerous goods in bulk by road
in an IBC if the person knows, or reasonably ought to know, that the IBC:
- (a)
- is not an approved IBC; or
- (b)
- is used other than in accordance with
Chapter 4 of the ADG Code and the IBC Supplement.
Penalty: $1,500
