ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 4.16
Manufacturer's duties
- (1)
- A person must not manufacture an IBC other than in accordance with a
design that is approved under regulation 4.26.
Penalty: $3,000
- (2)
- A person who manufactures an IBC must mark the IBC with an IBC marking in
accordance with the IBC Supplement.
Penalty: $3,000
