ROAD TRANSPORT REFORM (DANGEROUS GOODS) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 2.20

A person packs dangerous or other goods for transport by road, and is a packer of the goods, if the person:

(a)

puts the goods in a packaging; or

(b)

assembles the goods as packaged goods in an outer packaging or unit load for transport by road; or

(c)

supervises an activity mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b); or

(d)

manages or controls an activity mentioned in paragraph (a), (b) or (c).
