RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNTS REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 3.10
RSA holder-protection standards not to apply to pensions or annuities
The RSA holder‑protection standards do not apply to any part of the
benefits of an RSA holder that has commenced to be taken in the form of a
pension or annuity.
