RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 22

                For subsection 31 (3) of the Act, the capacity of a grid is the sum of all installed electricity generation capacity of the grid other than:

                (a)    standby plant; and

               (b)    privately owned domestic generators.
