PRIVACY (PRIVATE SECTOR) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 4

Agencies to be treated as organisations (Act s 7A)

                For subsection 7A (2) of the Act, the following agencies are prescribed:

                (a)    Australian Government Solicitor;

               (b)    Australian Industry Development Corporation.
