PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 5.5

                An Agency Head is responsible for ensuring that applications for review can be dealt with in accordance with:

                (a)    this Part; and

               (b)    the Commissioner's Directions; and

                (c)    the Agency Head's responsibility to uphold and promote the APS Values.
