Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A person must not obstruct a PRC in carrying out its functions under this Division.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) Strict liability applies to the physical element of an offence against subregulation (1) that the functions being carried out by the PRC were functions under this Division.
