PATENTS REGULATIONS 1991 - REG 6A.1

                For section 79B of the Act, a divisional application must be made:

                (a)    under section 29 of the Act; and

               (b)    before the date of the grant of a patent on the first‑mentioned application in section 79B of the Act.
