(a) the following provisions of the Act:
(i) section 59 ('opposition to grant of standard patent');
(ii) section 75 (opposition to grant of extension);
(iii) section 101M (opposition to innovation patent);
(iv) subsection 104 (4) (amendments by applicants and
patentees), unless the request for leave to amend is in response to a
direction of the Commissioner
under section 106 (amendments directed by
Commissioner: patents) or section 107 (amendments directed by Commissioner:
applications for standard patents);
(v) subsection 223 (6) (extensions of time); or
(b) subregulation 22.21 (4) ('protection or compensation of certain persons') or 10.7 (4) ('correction of Register or patent').
