PATENTS REGULATIONS 1991 - REG 3.7

                For the purposes of paragraphs 35 (1) (b) and 36 (1) (b) of the Act, an application must:

                (a)    be in the approved form; and

               (b)    have with it a notice by the applicant stating the grounds on which the application is made.
