PATENTS REGULATIONS 1991 - REG 22.10AC

    For the purposes of subsection   222A(7) of the Act, the following are prescribed:

  (a)   an act done in relation to proceedings in a court or a tribunal;

  (b)   an act done under Chapter   20.
