Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A candidate who fails an examination conducted by the Board may apply to the Board in the form approved by the Board within 1 month after being told of the failure for a report of the reasons for the failure.
(2) For subregulation (1), a report may be given by:
(a) the Board; or
(b) if the Board approves -- the examiner appointed under subregulation 20.15 (2).
