PATENTS REGULATIONS 1991 - REG 11.1
Infringement exemptions: prescribed foreign countries
For the purposes of the definitions of foreign aircraft , foreign land vehicle
and foreign vessel in the Act, each of the foreign countries specified in
Schedule 4 is prescribed.
