PASSENGER MOVEMENT CHARGE COLLECTION REGULATIONS - REG 8
Making and issue of exemption stamps
- (1)
- For the purposes of the Act, the Minister shall cause to be made stamps
for denoting exemption from liability to charge.
- (2)
- The Minister shall arrange for exemption stamps to be made available for
issue to or in respect of exempt persons.
