PASSENGER MOVEMENT CHARGE COLLECTION REGULATIONS - REG 3A
Approved agents
- (1)
- The Minister may, in writing, appoint a body or person to be an approved
agent.
- (2)
- The Minister may enter into an arrangement with a body or person appointed
to be an approved agent in relation to the terms on which the body or person
is to act as an approved agent.
